The USF System Financed Capital Approval Authority process provides a uniform framework for the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and selection of debt financed and non-state funded capital projects in the context of the USF System’s strategic goals and objectives. The USF System Financed Capital Project Evaluation Workgroup is the first level of review and is responsible for the solicitation and evaluation of proposed capital projects. The Workgroup has established a two-step process. First you must complete the USF System Financed Capital Projects Profile and submit to Sheila Holbrook (email@example.com) by close of business on Friday, November 15, 2013. The Workgroup will complete a review of all Profiles submitted by the end of November and notify all submitters if their project will move forward to the next level of review. If selected to move forward, a Capital Project Request Form, which gathers more details about the project, must be completed. The Capital Project Request Form will be due in early January 2014. The Evaluation Workgroup will complete its review of all submittals and present a prioritized project list to the USF System Financed Capital Project Board by early February 2014.
