Facilities Management

The Division of Facilities Management is an integral part of USF's Office of Administrative Services. The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for campus planning, development, maintenance, enhancement, and operation of the university's buildings, grounds, and utilities. The Division's objectives are carried out by experienced, professional employees within its two departments: Facilities Planning & Construction and Physical Plant.

Facilities Planning & Construction

Facilities Planning and Construction provides leadership through comprehensive, professionally based management services in the development of university facilities and a collegial environment conducive to research, education and community service.

Physical Plant

Physical Plant is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair of and improvement to the educational buildings, utilities, and grounds of the USF Tampa campus. The department also maintains and operates the USF Post Office.
