Florida Statutes 119.105, F.S., state that police reports are public records; however, no person who inspects or copies resports for the purpose of obtaining the names and addresses of the victims of the crimes or accidents shall use any information contained herein for and commerical soliciatation of the victims or relatives of the victims of the reported crimes or accidents.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
