PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES & PRICES

 

 

All of our personal training sessions are one hour in length.   Our personal trainers are certified through one of the top national certification agencies such as ACSM, NSCA, ACE or NASM.  Many of our trainers also have a degree in the field of Exercise Science or are currently pursuing their degree in such a field.  We offer one on one personal training, buddy personal training, as well as group personal training.  Meet the Trainers

One-on-One Training:

Your first session with your personal trainer will be a fitness assessment ($20) to discuss your goals and determine your current fitness level.  After this, your trainer will design a personal- ized workout to fit your lifestyle.   If you enjoy personalized attention or you have specific goals, one on one training is a great option for you.  Our prices are extremely reasonable and our trainers are highly qualified to help you meet your needs.

Buddy Training:

With buddy training, you can get the benefits of working with a personal trainer and a friend. Working out with a buddy is a great way to help with accountability when you are not with your trainer.  It will also save you money! Buddy sessions are at a reduced cost from one on one training.

Group Personal Training:
$120.00 per person.  This is a 4 week program where you, along with 2-3 other people will meet with a personal trainer 2 x a week for one hour each time.  You’ll get a total of 8 sessions for the low cost of $120.  Although group personal training will not be as individualized as one on one training, you will get valuable knowledge and fun workouts with friends or co-workers!  Group training is for healthy individuals who do not suffer from any joint or bone issues and are looking to increase their fitness level and possibly lose some weight.

Body Composition Testing
$5.00 We offer a 3 site skinfold test with calipers or the handheld Bioelectrical impedance machine.  Did you know that it’s not your overall body weight that puts you at risk for certain diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers?  It’s actually the amount of your body weight that is fat.  While there is no right or wrong body fat %, researchers have found recommended ranges.  If you have fitness goals, it is a great idea to find out where you are starting and set reasonable goals in order to get where you desire. 
 
  Fitness Assessment $20.00 A full fitness assessment consists of measurements of resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist/hip ratio, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular     strength, and  muscular endurance.
*The fitness assessment is required prior to one on one and buddy personal training and can be purchased separately or can be counted as session one of your package.
