When you sign up, a Fitness Staff will be your Orientation guide. You will also receive a Fitness Orientation Packet that includes Rules of the Gym, Working Out 101, The M.F.I.T. Principle, Lifestyle Questionnaire, and a Workout log. Appointments are available everyday during hours of operation. See a fitness staff member on the fitness floor to make your appointment.
