09/15-16
Ocoee Whitewater rafting                 Cost: $210
Miss our last trip to the Ocoee?  That’s okay, here’s your chance to make up for it.  Outdoor Recreation will once again be heading to Tennessee to ride the Ocoee River.  We will be staying in bunk houses on the river so no camping will be required for this trip.  All gear, transportation, guides, and food while at the site will be included in the cost.

Float Trip                                            Cost: $33
The Ichetucknee Springs is one of the most popular tubing springs in the world, and a classic Florida trip.  We will be floating down the crystal clear river in inflatable tubes.

Surf Trip                                             Cost: $95
We are heading to Cocoa Beach to catch some surf.  We are just staying for the day, but there will be plenty to do.  All equipment, transportation and instructors will be included in the cost of the trip.

10/13-14
Rock Climbing                                   Cost: $200
Northern Georgia is a wonderful place to visit in October.  We will head out on the 13th and make our way up to the Smoky Mountains.  We will make camp and then hit the rock.  Two half days of climbing will be included in the trip through a professional outfitter.  As always, food, transportation and gear will be included in the cost.

Orlando Rock Gym                            Cost: $35
Once again we will be making a day trip over to the Orlando Rock Gym.  All equipment will be included as well as transportation and admission to the gym.

11/10-12
Fall Backpacking Trip                       Cost: $135
Autumn finally comes to the mountains.  The trees stand proudly garbed in hues of red, orange, brown and gold.  We will head out the night of the 10th and take advantage of the long weekend.  All abilities encouraged and welcomed.

10,000 island Trip                              Cost: $180
Escape the crazy holiday season and experience the real Florida.   We will sea kayak the barrier islands for five days.  Moderate to challenging physical activity is required.

Lounge Lizards                                  Cost: $120
How better to spend MLK weekend than basking in the Florida sun?  We will be heading to a yet to be determined location in south Florida.  This trip is designed to be relaxing.

Shell Key                                            Cost: $30
Sign up today and join Outdoor Recreation in our trip to Shell Key Preserve.  This trip is perfect for beginners that have never kayaked before and would like to learn, or those who are just flat broke and would like to go do something fun for the day.  We will be launching at Ft. Desoto and then make our way out to the preserve.  Relax on the beautiful beach and search for sand dollars.  We will provide sandwiches for lunch.  Remember, all abilities are welcome on the trip.

Anclote Key                                       Cost: $30
How are your kayaking skills? Come refine your sea kayaking skills while paddling along the Northern section of Anclote Key near Tarpon Springs.  Anclote Key is a wild, primitive island set off the coast of Florida in the Gulf of Mexico. We will be camping on the shore and spying on dolphins! As a finale we will celebrate our successful paddle in Tarpon Spring with delicious Greek cuisine!

Once again we will be making a day trip over to the Orlando Rock Gym.  All equipment will be included as well as transportation and admission to the gym.

Spring Break Skiing                          Cost: $650
We are making our annual pilgrimage to Colorado to hit the slopes.  Steamboat Springs is home to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country.  All ability levels are welcome to participate.  Catch some sweet powder with USF Outdoor Recreation.

Spring Break Backpacking               Cost: $280
Head out west with USF Outdoor Recreation and explore some awesome caves and backpack through beautiful canyons.  We are headed to Carlsbad Caverns National Park located just north of Texas in Southern New Mexico.

Spelunking                                          Cost: $195
Ever want to go spelunking?  Join us on our trip to Mammoth Cave as we delve deep into the earth on a guided tour by the National Park Rangers.  Sign up today to reserve your spot and come get dirty with us!!!

4/12-13
Surf Trip Weekend                            Cost: $125
One trip to the Atlantic Coast won’t be enough for Outdoor Recreation.  We know of the high demand for surfing trips so we will return to Cocoa Beach for a short weekend trip.  We will camp near the beach and have instructors helping us learn to surf.  All equipment and food will be included while at the campsite as well as the transportation and the instructors.

Earth Day Activities                          Free
Every year we organize a couple activities to give back to the earth.  In the past we have done river cleanups and planted trees in local parks.  No specific plans have been determined as of yet, but you can expect more of the same.

5/4-10
North Carolina Variety Trip  Cost: $280
Backpacking, camping, hiking and climbing, everything you could ever want to do in North Carolina.  The week after classes are over we will head up to the N.C. wilderness.  All of the regulars are included: transportation, gear, food (while at the site) and you very own Outdoor Recreation guides.

7/20-8/3
USF Head North                                Cost: $530
Outdoor Recreation id doing something new this summer, instead of our annual head west trip we are heading north to the White Mountains in New Hampshire.  The White Mountains are a historical site for climbers and campers alike.  Positioned on the boarder of New Hampshire and Maine, the area has a unique surrounding and climate.  This trip is designed for a little more advanced crowd.  All equipment needed, as well as food and transportation will be included in the cost.

Outdoor Recreation id doing something new this summer, instead of our annual head west trip we are heading north to the White Mountains in New Hampshire.  The White Mountains are a historical site for climbers and campers alike.  Positioned on the boarder of New Hampshire and Maine, the area has a unique surrounding and climate.  This trip is designed for a little more advanced crowd.  All equipment needed, as well as food and transportation will be included in the cost.
