Forgot Your Password? Click Here

Note:
If this is the first time you are logging in, your user name is your first initial and your full last name (minus apostrophes). Your password is a combination of the last four digits of your SSN and your Birth Year separated by an 'Equals' (=) sign. E.g. If your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your Birth Year is 1980 then your password is 6789=1980. Once you have logged in, you can change your login name and will be prompted to change your password to something other than your date of birth for security reasons, up to a maximum of 20 characters.

1] Click here to login via the administrative portal (the eUSF Portal) while you are on campus. Note: When you click this link it should automatically log you into the FAIR system, but if it does not then please let your FAIR Liaison(link) know that you are having a problem.  If you are not automatically logged in you should receive the Windows style login box, and you should be able to proceed with the login process by entering your "Domain Name"/"Windows username" in the space that appears after the label 'User name' and then you would also enter your password.

2] If you are outside the USF campus then Click here to login via the admin portal.

3]  While your ability to access the FAIR system requires authentication by the portal, your privileges are managed by your college or campus FAIR Liaison, so please direct your inability to login to the FAIR system to your FAIR Liaison

Login with your USF NETID

(This is the same thing you enter to login to myUSF/Blackboard)

Login with your USF NETID

1] Click here to login via Academic Computing Authentication Server. This login requires you to enter your myUSF login / NET ID and the corresponding password.  Note: Click here  if you need to activate your NetID so you can access myUSF (or so we can authenticate you through myUSF)

2] While your ability to access the FAIR system requires authentication by the portal, your privileges are managed by your college or campus FAIR Liaison, so please direct your inability to login to the FAIR system to your FAIR Liaison

News
  • You can NOW login to the FAIR system using the e-usf portal ( https:eusf.admin.usf.edu) or using the Academic Computing NETID (what you use for myUSF/ Blackboard)! The native FAIR security will only be in place until the Data Warehouse resource we utilize for the portals contain the Moffitt and UMSA personnel.
  • The FAST reporting we do in FAIR will not be diminished until the exact functionality has been is recreated in the Finance Mart, which we are also engaged in, and when that point is reached the Finance Mart reporting will also be FAIR accessible
  • View the AIR paper

Current Projects
  • We are currently working on a Payroll Mart and an Appointments Mart, as we continue work on the Finance Mart. We are working together with Research Financial Management (the PERT folks) to provide faculty with a single profile and portal for financial, payroll and effort information!
  • We are preparing for the 2007 Annual Review process, and we are assisting the Colleges of Business in Tampa and St. Petersburg to meet their AACSB needs.
