Duties: The purpose of this position is to oversee, plan and implement programs to foster USF Health involvement by alumni, students and the community.  Develop and execute comprehensive alumni strategic and communications plans.  Ensure the distinct personality of each college or school is maintained.  Collaborate with USF Health leadership and colleagues to ensure each plan meets the strategies and requirements of USF Health and the college or school. Oversee each alumni group and plan growth activities.  Coordinate with USF Alumni Association.  Supervise the USF Health Assistant Director, Alumni Relations.  Click here to find out more about why USF Health is a great place to work!

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience related to alumni relations, development or community relations.  Four years of alumni relations, development or community development experience may substitute for the required degree.

Preferred Qualifications: Five years of alumni relations or development experience.  Higher education alumni relations experience especially with health colleges or schools.

 Desired Qualifications: Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong attention to detail.  Excellent organizational skills.  Ability and willingness to occasionally travel and work evenings/weekends.
