Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Duties:  Position builds relationships with the University’s various constituents; identifies, cultivates and solicits prospects and closes private, major gifts on behalf of the university to advance the university’s mission and goals.  This position requires guidance from College Development Office Director of Development and advancement and fundraising priorities from the Dean of the College.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in development or related experience.     

Preferred Qualifications:  Master’s degree; 5-7 years of directly related experience in development and fundraising preferably in higher education but other not-for-profits may be acceptable.   Additionally, 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a development/non-profit environment is preferred.
