Duties: The Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine is seeking a talented physician to expand in the area of Hand surgery at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor.  This position will direct hand sub-specialty education for the USF Orthopedic Residency Training Program. 

Our goal is to attract academic orthopedic surgeons with an entrepreneurial, creative, and energetic spirit.  We are building a forward-thinking academic program that will serve the beautiful Tampa Bay region.  Clinical care is provided at the USF Center for Advanced Health Care, which is a brand new, state-of-the-art facility that fully integrates outpatient clinics, imaging, therapy, and ambulatory surgery under one roof. 

Qualifications: Candidates must be eligible for Florida medical license and board certified / eligible with orthopedic surgery residency and sub-specialty training.  Appointment at the level of Associate Professor / Professor requires a minimum of five years experience at the Assistant Professor level.
