Duties:
This temporary position is for 40 hours per week through
to Friday, December 12th. The position
requires administrative coordination with the Dept.
Chair and Office Manager on matters related to
undergraduate course management, student enrollment, and
communication of program requirements and procedures
through e-mail or in person with students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree and office experience that
includes some administrative responsibilities. Knowledge
of MS Word and Excel software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with university systems (e.g., Banner and
Oasis), and university procedures. Experience working
with university students.
