Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Length of Employment: 6 Months

Duties: The person will staff the USF Health IS front desk area, and help to answer PC/MAC related questions to customers both on the phone and in person.

Minimum Qualifications:  One year of experience in customer service; basic computer skills, and minimum proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in customer service; one year experience with Microsoft Office; one year of experience troubleshooting and installing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Associated Applications.
