Duties:
The University of South Florida’s C21TE Media
Innovation Team is in the midst of an exciting project
developing next generation online learning experience
for graduate level courses. We require a talented
advanced interactive Flash Designer/Developer with a
complete knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 including
integration with backend technologies. Will create 3-D
simulations and animations, as well as developing
video-rich Flash-based learning activities. The ideal
candidate will be able to conceptualize an interaction
from a storyboard brief, effectively create a set of
functions/methods to produce it, and be able to
efficiently optimize their code set for reuse.
Minimum Qualifications:
An expert Flash design portfolio and expertise
designing; animating and programming Flash-based user
experiences for web audiences, and preferably in the
context of e-learning.

Strong Flash and ActionScripting skills

Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effects,
Premiere and other Flash related applications

Ability to create compelling visuals/graphic designs

Detail oriented
-
Deliver work that is high quality and on time.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in designing web sites/page templates using
CSS strongly preferred but not required.
