Personnel Services Positions (OPS)
OPS positions are
temporary at-will positions and have limited benefits.
The length of employment for OPS positions is determined
by the advertising department, not to exceed 2080 hours
in a two year period.
To
apply for an OPS appointment, you must submit a
USF
Application
for Employment form directly to the
contact person. Please call the number provided before
you go to the location.
Employees hired in OPS positions are eligible to
participate in the
State Deferred Compensation (457)
plan
or
Tax Sheltered Annuities (TSA) (403(b)) plans. These plans allow employees the opportunity to save for
retirement each pay period on a pre-tax basis.
