Duties:
This position provides administrative support to
multiple Directors of Development. The position
interacts with donors; alumni; faculty; staff, including
senior staff and handles confidential information.
While functions are typically performed during a normal
work schedule, evening and weekend work is required.
Examples of duties include: making travel arrangements,
scheduling meetings, processing expense reports,
invoices and donor gifts. This position will assist
with assembling marketing and donor informational
packets and produce correspondence on behalf of the
department. Develops and maintains donor database
information. Assists with donor and alumni events.

Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or
equivalent, with at least four years of experience in an
office or administrative support position. Additional
education may not be substituted for this experience
requirement.
Preferred Qualifications: One
year experience working in an alumni or development
support position. Intermediate skills using Outlook,
Word and Excel. Familiarity with running reports using
Crystal and accessing records in Banner Alum. Excellent
telephone skills.
