What are the College Profiles?
Developed by DART in compliance with Academic Affairs specifications, the USF College Profiles provide
a complimentary/summarized view of the data contained within the Department Profiles application.
| |
| |
How do the College Profiles Work?
As all the data in the Profiles are displayed as five year trends, there are no choices
or term or year with which to contend. Simply choose the campus and college
you are interested in and click the '~Submit~' link. This will generate a report for the
variables you've selected.
Within the report one has the option to expand several sections to see department listings. From
these lists one can choose a department to see it's profile.
| |
The college choices are presented in the context of a 'student college'. Course data are displayed by
course department, but are mapped to the student college that was selected.
For further information on this process, or to see the mapping, go to the
Metadata section and see the
Student Department to Course Department Crosswalk
.

Print Ready?
The College Profiles' Report Page has been optimized to be viewed in your browser
window. Unfortunately, this means the page does not print well. Consequently, there are
links in both the upper and lower right hand corners of the page. These are labeled 'Print'
and will take you to a page with less formatting that will both print and download better
than the original report.

Is That All?
Yes. Eventually the College Profiles and Department profiles will be integrated into one seemless application.
However, we place the highest value on providing our customers with the data they find most useful.
