| About the Retention Reporting System: |
|   |
|
The USF Retention Reporting System was developed by the Data Administration
& Reporting Team (DART), a unit within Budget Policy & Analysis. The DART
team also developed the
InfoMart,
USF's online, interactive reporting system. The USF Retention Reporting
System has up to ten years worth of information by academic year on the number and percentage
of students enrolled, graduated, and retained for each undergraduate cohort
entry type. Detailed information about students' gender, ethnicity, entering
test scores, and entering GPA is also available. Online data are organized
to facilitate easy and intuitive browsing, allowing the user to discover information
by drilling-down through the varied reports. An integrated Help!
system is available in pop-up windows throughout the Retention System. In
addition, Facts! about retention are strategically embedded
within the system to provide an meaningful context within which to view
these data. Explore items on the documentation menu to the left. There you will find
definitions for the terms used in the retention system, answers to the most
frequently asked questions, and contact information for any
other help you may need. We hope you find the USF Retention Reporting System useful.
Please direct questions, comments, and concerns to
DART@admin.usf.edu,
or see Contacts.
