Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you complete the 2010-2011 Scholarship Application. Failure to complete the application properly and not submitting application materials according to the directions may result in ineligibility for consideration.
Applications are being accepted for Fall semester, 2010 and Spring semester,
2011 only.
Questions should be directed to
ua_scholarships@admin.usf.edu.
As part of the award process, and in recognition of donor commitment to the
University, applicants selected to receive awards will not receive funding until
a thank-you letter has been submitted to the Foundation Scholarship Office (ALC
100) prior to the term in which the award is scheduled to be paid. Details are
made available at the time of award notification.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
is the sole determinant
for financial need.
Scholarship awards may impact the amount and level of funding you receive
from other sources of financial aid administered by the University.
You must be continuously enrolled in Fall and Spring semesters each year,
starting fall semester 2010, in order to continue receiving funds from renewable
scholarship programs.
Because of the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to
notify you of receipt of your application; nor will you be notified of
non-selection for any scholarships for which you apply.
Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee a scholarship will be
awarded.
ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED (not postmarked) BY 5:00 P.M. ON
FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2010. Any applications received after that date may not
be considered.
