Facilities Planning & Construction supports the mission of the University of South Florida by providing services to facilitate implementation of the university’s Capital Improvement Program to meet Academic, Research, Administrative and Campus Life objectives in the Campus Master Plan and the design and construction of buildings and infrastructure improvements.
