Why USF?...
I chose USF because it has one of the top Nursing programs in the
state of Florida. I knew that graduating from USF would fully prepare me
for my future career! |
 |
First day ...
Since I started in the summer, my first day was hot! I thought, “This
place is so big, how am I ever going to know where my classes are!” |
 |
Living the campus life ...
I lived on campus for my first three years of school. It was a great
experience. Living on campus is how I met my best friend Ashley Lucy. |
 |
Student activities ...
I am currently a part of the Center of Civic Engagement and
Volunteerism leadership board. My committee host one day community
service projects in the Tampa area such as Community Plunge and Senior
Prom. In the past I was president of the Dedicated Nursing Association
and was a Big Brothers Big Sister Mentor. These extra-curricular actives
and so many more have helped to not only make my USF experience great
but have shaped me as a person.

 |
Activities ...
Muvico is a great place to watch movies and I can’t get enough of
Jamba juice smoothies. |
 |
Professors ...
The professors I have come in contact with really care about student
success. My favorite professor is Dr. Diomede he is so cool and always
gives great advice. |
 |
Transition ...
The University of South Florida Freshman Summer Institute helped me
transition smoothly from high school to the university setting. |
 |
Multiculturalism ...
I have met so many wonderful people from the diverse atmosphere USF
provides. It has really opened my eyes. |
 |
Metropolitan area ...
I love the Tampa area and its diverse atmosphere and hope to live in a
similar area no matter where my future plans take me. |
 |
Global ...
The diverse atmosphere has allowed me to appreciate the beauty of all
people. |
