Transcripts

When completing the print or online application, please list all institutions attended even if transcripts are not required. Transcripts of all diplomas and/or degrees earned at the time of application must be submitted with the application packet.

Documents submitted become the property of the University of South Florida and cannot be returned to the student or forwarded to another institution.

Former/Current USF Students do NOT need to submit transcripts of work completed at USF when applying to a new degree program at USF.

All transcripts of academic work completed outside the United States must be:

• Official, that is, in the original, sealed envelope of the issuing institution
• In English or accompanied by a certified translation/evaluation

Undergraduate applicants must also provide a transcript evaluation.

• High school diplomas require a document by document evaluation with U.S. equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA)
• College transcripts require a course by course evaluation
