Selection for scholarships is based upon a transfer's cumulative postsecondary GPA and residency classification. Some scholarships may have additional criteria. To be considered for transfer scholarships, you must:
- Apply for admission and be admitted by your priority date. Priority scholarship deadlines vary depending upon your desired term of entry. The deadline for Summer/Fall entry is March 1. The deadline for Spring entry is October 1.
- Ensure that your application is complete by logging into my.usf.edu, selecting OASIS and reviewing the admissions checklist. You do not need to submit a separate scholarship application to be considered for transfer scholarships.
- Review your residency classification by checking OASIS. If necessary, please submit an updated residency affidavit by the priority date. Many scholarships are only available to Florida residents, so it is crucial to ensure you are classified correctly.
