Schedule a Visit to the Tampa Campus

Daily Campus Visits -

Tampa campus visits and tours are offered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and special events. Our daily visits include an information session, walking campus tour and residence hall tour. Campus visits begin with check-in at the New Student Welcome Center in the John & Grace Allen Administration Building (ADM), Room 102. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. You should allow at least three hours for a typical campus visit.

Undergraduate Admission Information Session
10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Our Undergraduate Admission Counselors are well informed about USF and ready to answer any questions you may have about admission requirements, residential life, dining services, scholarships, financial aid, campus life and costs. This session usually lasts 45-60 minutes.

Walking Campus Tour
11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Nothing can take the place of a visit to our campus! Prospective students are encouraged to visit the campus and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to discuss attending USF. You'll get the scoop on our academic facilities and a few historical notes about the campus and maybe a personal anecdote or two from our friendly Green and Gold Guides. Make sure you wear your comfortable shoes! Please be prepared for our unpredictable Florida weather by dressing appropriately and bringing an umbrella. This tour usually lasts one hour.

Residence Hall Tour
12:15 and 3:15 p.m.

We are proud of the convenience, social interaction, and developmental and leadership opportunities that are available in USF's residence halls. Check out the residence hall options with our knowledgeable student tour guides. This tour usually lasts 45 minutes.

Saturday visits at USF -

Undergraduate Admissions is open on Saturdays during the fall and spring semesters (excluding holidays and special events). Saturday visits begin at 10:00 a.m. and include the information session and walking campus tour. On the Second Saturday of the month, we also offer a residence hall tour at 12:15 p.m. See the Daily Campus Visits section for details. Parking permits are not required for Saturdays. Please park in a visitor's space in the Collins Boulevard Parking Facility or any unmarked/non-metered spaces in Lot 1. You may refer to the online parking map for further directions.

Group Tours -

We invite groups of all ages to come and visit the University of South Florida. Group tours are offered Monday through Friday and are catered to the individual needs of the group. Please follow this link for more details.

Groups of 10 or more should contact our Visitation Coordinator at (813) 974-0859 or toll free at (877) USF-Bull to make special arrangements.

Schedule a Visit -

We recommend visiting campus while classes are in session, as some visit options may not be available during breaks. A one week notice of your visit is suggested in order to receive a confirmation and parking instructions in the mail. However, you may make an online reservation up to 24-hours in advance of your visit. To make a reservation, please schedule your visit online or call the Undergraduate Admissions office at (813) 974-3350 or toll free at (877) USF-BULL. If a session is full, please choose another date and/or time to visit.

Visitor Parking Permits & Directions -

Parking permits are required for visiting the Tampa campus Monday through Friday and must be properly displayed. If you have scheduled a campus visit with our office, you should receive a confirmation with parking instructions prior to your arrival. If you did not schedule your visit in advance, please stop by the Campus Information Center located just inside the main Fowler Avenue entrance before parking. Please note parking permits are not necessary when visiting the Tampa campus during one of our Saturday programs.
