Scanning Services

Location:
BEH 101

Normal Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:30am to Noon & 1:15 to 4:45
(Scannable forms may be placed in the slot in the door of BEH 101 before and after hours)

Exam Week Hours:
Walk-in service is not available. All scanning is on a 4-hour turn around basis.

To expedite services, please provide the operator with all information and a current work order sheet. If you are a new user to scanning services the following instructions will help you determine which forms and services will fit your needs.

Step 1 - Choose the Right Scannable Sheet (Form)

  • General Purpose Sheet (8½ x 11)
    • Scans up to 200 Items.
    • Collects birthday, gender, and grade level data.
    • Collects and prints Prefix, Number, and Section of the course.
  • Half Sheet
    • Scans up to 200 items.
    • Has dedicated space for student signature, date, and test booklet number.
    • Does not currently collect or print Prefix, Number, and Section of the course.
    • Less expensive to the student or department.

Step 4 - Submit Scannable Sheets

  • Bring Work Order Form and scannable sheets by BEH 101 between 9:30 AM and Noon or 1:15 and 4:45 Monday to Friday.
  • Drop scannable sheets with work request forms in slot in BEH 101.
