WEDNESDAY’S FROM 6-7PM DEEP WATER: Performed in water depths that allow the participant to remain vertical (upright) and yet not touch the bottom. Flotation equipment is utilized to maintain correct alignment and provide a truly non-impact workout. Practical application will focus on non-impact aerobic movements, core stabilization, and stretching techniques for all ability levels. A great option for athletes and those who are rehabbing from injuries. Level: ALL
