MONDAY’S FROM 6-7PM:

WATER FIT:
This class brings a great cardio workout to the pool. This is a great beginner class. It relieves stress on the joints while increasing enjoyment in your day. Level: ALL

WEDNESDAY’S FROM 6-7PM
DEEP WATER: Performed in water depths that allow the participant to remain vertical (upright) and yet not touch the bottom.  Flotation equipment is utilized to maintain correct alignment and provide a truly non-impact workout.  Practical application will focus on non-impact aerobic movements, core stabilization, and stretching techniques for all ability levels.  A great option for athletes and those who are rehabbing from injuries. Level: ALL
