Anyone is eligible to schedule a massage appointment.
Clients are not required to have a membership at Campus Recreation.
Scheduling an appointment can be done in person or over the phone.
We offer discounted rates for USF students, faculty and staff. Anyone who is not a student, faculty or staff member pays the non-affiliate rate.
Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD only and will be processed when the appointment is scheduled.
Gift certificates are available and can be purchased in the office as well asonline.
Appointments are booked 24 hour advance and based upon the massage therapist’s available schedule. Occasional last minute appointments can be arranged.
Gratuity cannot be placed on a credit card but there is an ATM outside of the Sun Dome. Please see our FAQ for policy on tipping.
Arriving Late to a Massage Appointment
If you know you will be running late please call the business office (974-7084) as soon as possible.
Our therapists will try (when possible) to give you your full time even if you are up to 15 minutes late. Anything over 15 minutes will be deducted from your massage. Habitual tardiness may not receive the benefit of the flexible start time.
Please allow time for traffic and parking. Keep in mind that USF events at the Sun Dome or Baseball field can make parking more difficult.
Policy for Reschedules and Cancellations
Refunds will only be given if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before appointment time.
Please give 24 hour notice when rescheduling an appointment.
If 24 hours is not possible we can reschedule your appointment one time within 24 hours.
If you miss your appointment your it will be considered forfeit. Exceptions can be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Massage Packages
Packets of 5 massages reflect a 10% savings and will be valid for 6 months.
Packets of 10 massages reflect a 15% savings and will be valid for 12 months.
Clients who have massage packages are able to schedule up to 2 massages at a time.
