Hi I'm Tracy from Colorado Springs, Colorado by way of Polk County Florida and im a Massage Therapist here at USF. I am interested in this career because I like alleviating pain and helping others to feel better. My quest for natural health is what motivates me. I do a variety of different massages to relax you or to remove any knots or tension you may have. Many people dont know that massage is not only great for you physical well being but for your mental well being also. So if you're stressed or in pain call and we can pick a massage that's right for you. I look forward to seeing you!
Greetings!
*I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share the benefits of massage therapy.
*I have been a massage therapist since 1999, specializing in pain management/medical style massage. I decided to pursue medical massage after two car accidents injured my husband’s spine, resulting in a low back fusion which causes him recurring discomfort. I am determined to assist my husband with his pain management through advanced massage techniques and healthy lifestyle choices; my commitment to excellence shines directly into my massage practice, as I share my knowledge and training with all of my clients.
*Massage is proven effective for stress relief, chronic pain & overall wellness; though massage is a wonderful addition to a wellness program, it is not enough on its own. I recommend regular massage sessions (depending on your goals), conscious eating, plenty of exercise/stretching, healthy sleeping habits & lots of positive thinking.
*Take a moment to "Relax your way to a Healthier You"; schedule your massage appointment, today, your body, mind & spirit will thank you tomorrow.
Also, if they want to crop the picture I have provided, so that it just shows me, they can use it for the website.
