Group Fitness Registration Information

Group Fitness Class Registration Process Information

Group Fitness Class Registration can take place at kiosks located in the lobby of the Campus Recreation Center or online through the Group Fitness home page. Registration will:

  • Require a one-time account creation- using first/last name and U number
  • Open for applicable classes at 6AM daily - you may only register for classes on "the day" of the class
  • Close for applicable classes 30 minutes prior to the start of the class or once maximum occupancy is reached
  • Exception: Rise and Ride (Mon, 6:30AM)- registration will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the class

 

Online & Mobile Phone Registration Instructions

How to Register:

  • Find the class you would like to register for that day.
  • Click the “R” to register.
    *Note: Absence of “R” means no registration is required.

 

FIRST TIME Registration/Create an Account:

  • Select “Computer/Mobile Phone”
  • Select “No, I need to register here”
  • Enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and U/A ID# (including “U” or “A”)
    *If ID doesn’t have U/A #, use last 9 digits of 6400 #
  • Choose “Yes” to save this information for future use.
  • Click “Register & Reserve this Class”

 

RETURNING USER:

  • Select “Computer/Mobile Phone”
  • Select “Yes, let me login”
  • Enter Email address and U/A ID#
  • Click “Reserve this class”

*NOTE: The same email address and ID# used during initial registration must be used for returning users to successfully complete registration!

 

Lobby Kiosk Registration Instructions

  • At kiosk click on "Group Fitness" from the main menu
  • Select "Registration"
  • Find the class you would like to register for that day.
  • Click the “R” to register.
    *Note: Absence of “R” means no registration is required.
  • Select "Kiosk at the Club"
  • Follow the instructions above for First Time or Returning User


Cancellation of Group Fitness Reservation

  • Require that an account has already been created –using first/last name, email and U number
  • Open for applicable classes starting at 6am daily
  • Cancellations are open until 1 hour prior to the start of the class
  • Cancellations will not be accepted within the hour of start time

How to Cancel a Group Fitness Reservation

  • Go to www.Fitnessscheduler.com
  • Click Login
  • Select Club Member
  • Enter  email and Password
    • Email = email used to create an account
    • Password= U number, case sensitive
  • Select View Reservations
  • Find the reservation and click the red icon to “cancel reservation”
  • Select “OK” when pop-up window appears
  • The reservation will be grayed out, displaying that the reservation was successfully cancelled


Instructions for Group Fitness Class Entry


Once you're registered, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3…
1.) 10 minutes prior to the start of class (for which you registered), a class monitor will individually admit registered participants

2.) Registered participants who are not present (10 minutes prior to class) forfeit their registration and may join the end of the "Stand-by" line. In this case, a "no-show" will be assigned.

  • SPECIAL NOTE: Three (3) "no-shows" will deactivate a participant's account for the semester.

  • 3. ) Once all registered participants are admitted to the class, "Stand-by" participants will be admitted based on remaining spots available for class.


    NO LATE ENTRY into any Group Fitness classes. Any participant found misrepresenting their personal information will lose the ability to register for group fitness classes for the academic year.
