Do you want to take your training to the next level? Don't want group fitness but still need a support system to motivate your workouts and see the best results possible? Can't afford one-on-one personal training? If you answered YES to any of those questions you should try small group training!

We blend the dynamics of group fitness with personal training to give you a personalized experience to achieve your goals! These classes focus on different formats and style, utilizing the equipment to go beyond your comfort zone and defy your current fitness levels!

These classes have limited spots to allow for one-on-one attention, they are FREE and they are available right here at Campus Recreation. Check out what is being offered this semester and don't miss out on a great opportunity to train harder and smarter!
