Need to switch up your fitness routine? Come and try out our small group training sessions. A fitness coach will lead you through a 4 week progressive series. Small group training is designed to maximize your workout in a group setting. Sessions are open to all students and campus recreation members. Session descriptions and registration information for the summer 2016 sessions are below:

January 30th & February 1st

Monday & Wednesday

5:45 – 6:45pm


Not sure if small group training is for you? Try it out for free before you commit to registering. Experience total body conditioning in a small group environment with a nationally certified trainer. Registration is not required, simply meet us on the REC Patio.

February 6th - March 1st

Mondays & Wednesdays

5:45 – 6:45pm


This outdoor small group training session combines cardio, strength, and agility training to improve your overall fitness level. A certified fitness coach will guide you through a 4 week progressive series to maximize your workout experience. If you're looking for a positive fitness environment to give you the extra motivation you need to get fit, try small group training. Sessions will meet Mondays and Wednesdays on the REC Patio.
