Need to switch up your fitness routine? Come and try out our small group training sessions. A fitness coach will lead you through a 4 week progressive series. Small group training is designed to maximize your workout in a group setting. Sessions are open to all students and campus recreation members. Session descriptions and registration information for the summer 2016 sessions are below:

Take your fitness program to the new heights with this outdoor boot camp led by a nationally certified coach. Small group training allows for semi private instruction and provides a new and challenging workout every session. These classes are perfect for those who want to step out of their comfort zone and elevate their current fitness levels.
$30 students • $45 members • $60 non-members
