Individual and Couple Counseling

As a student at the University of South Florida, you may face problems that interfere with your academic, social, and emotional adjustment. In the Counseling Center, we believe we can help with the majority of these concerns through active, time-limited counseling and skill enhancement approaches. USF students can make an appointment for evaluation and assessment of treatment options during normal business hours. Based on this evaluation, your intake counselor will discuss your options which include: individual counseling, group counseling, psychiatric services, academic and learning assistance, skill enhancement workshops, and/or appropriate external referrals.
