The Center maintains a comprehensive library ofpsychological
tests assessing personality traits, behavior patterns, coping
skills, and career interests. Services include the administration,
scoring, and interpretation of tests and preparation of reports.
These testing and assessment services enhance the effectiveness
of other delivery systems in the Counseling Center by providing
objective information about students. Clinical staff uses
the results of psychological evaluations to improve diagnosis
and treatment interventions.
Students may also request a Personal Stress Assessment without
participating in on-going individual consultation. Read more
about Personal Stress Assessment.
Additionally, an anonymous Online
Mental Health Screening program is available consisting
of a series of brief self-administered questionnaires assessing
symptoms of several mental health conditions, including: Depression,
Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Alcohol Problems, and Post-Traumatic
Stress Disorder.
