International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) at USF is the main administrative and advising office for more than 1,600 international students and 200 research scholars at the university.

International Affairs Center
International Affairs has campus-wide responsibilities for developing and coordinating the international programs and services at the University of South Florida. The International Affairs Center provides direction and support for faculty and curriculum development; study abroad; international recruitment and admissions; services for 1,600 international students and 200 visiting scholars annually; community outreach; international development and research projects; and international events.

English Language Institute
Its goal is to prepare students for academic success at USF or at other U.S. universities and to increase their marketability and effectiveness when they enter the professional workforce.
