CTS provides complete audio and video support for many high-profile university events on the Tampa Campus, including Presidential addresses and speeches, and Board of Trustees meetings.
These special events can range from a simple podium for an outdoor groundbreaking ceremony of a new facility, to a full-scale, 30 microphone set-ups at a Board of Trustees Meeting, with several individuals and multi-media presentations. Since each event is unique, our staff will spend time discussing your event, and perform a site visit, prior to providing you with a cost estimate.
