Objective

Our goal is to educate the University of South Florida community, to promote a general understanding of the University’s responsibilities under the State of Florida Workers’ Compensation Law; provide assistance, guidance and oversee benefits are received in a timely manner. Worker’s Compensation is available to all employees (Faculty, Administrative & Professional , USPS, FWSP, Courtesy Appointments, OPS and Volunteers), when an employee sustains a Work-Related Injury when involved in a work-related task, at the place of employment, during regular work hours.
