Federal and state law also prohibit unlawful discrimination. Any complaints of discrimination and harassment must be filed with our Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (“DEO”). All members of the USF community must be familiar with these policies and are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

DEO offers training and informational sessions on these topics. Every member of the USF community is strongly encouraged to take advantage of these offerings.
