Your e-mail address is essential for the financial aid process at USF. Once you’ve been admitted to USF, you will have access to our Online Access Student Information System (OASIS). As soon as possible, check to be sure an accurate e-mail address is entered for you.

If you do not currently have an e-mail address, once you have been accepted to USF, you need to go to Academic Computing's website to activate and use your free USF assigned e-mail account. If you need help activating your account, call Help Services at 813-974-1222.

Make sure that your e-mail address filters allow you to receive e-mail from sfa@admin.usf.edu and anything from @360rd.com.

USF Does Most Business Electronically

• We receive application data electronically.
• We disburse aid electronically.
• We correspond electronically (via e-mail).
• We send newsletters each semester via e-mail.
• You register and check your financial aid status and grades electronically.
• You sign up for eDeposit to allow your financial aid funds to be electronically deposited directly to your checking account.
