Title: Learn to use OASIS
OASIS allows you direct access to your own information. Check it frequently--at least once per term. To begin, once you are at the OASIS login page enter your USF ID number* and PIN. The first time you login to OASIS, your pin number is your six digit birth date; for example: for July 18, 1985, your number would be 071885. You will then be prompted to enter a new PIN. If you need help with logging in and/or with your PIN, contact the Registrar at 813-974-2000.

OASIS allows you to:

  • Review and update your e-mail & local mailing address:
    • Choose “Personal Information”
  • Sign up for eDeposit and view the status of your eDeposit transactions:
    • Choose “Tuition, Fees, & Payments”
    • Choose “Subscribe to eDeposit”
  • View any unsatisfied requirements you may have, see if you have a Bookstore Authorization, (eligibility to charge your books to your financial aid) and/or to see if you have deferments. Once you login to OASIS:
    • Choose “Financial Aid”
    • Choose “My Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations, and Deferments”
    • Choose an aid year.
  • View your financial aid awards and/or revisions:
    • Choose “Financial Aid”
    • Choose “My Award and Loan Information”
    • Choose “My Awards by Aid Year”
  • Accept your loans:
    • Choose “Financial Aid”
    • Choose “My Award and Loan Information”
    • Choose “Accept My Awards”
  • View your student account information:
    • Choose “Tuition, Fees, & Payments”
    • Choose “View My Account Summary By Term”

Use our On-line Financial Aid Tutorials
Check out our tutorials designed to help you with the financial aid process at USF, including OASIS navigation. Click on your area of interest and watch as the tutorial shows you how to navigate to the information you need.

* USF uses a unique student ID number instead of using your Social Security Number (SSN). If you are new to USF, your USF ID# can be found on your USF ID card, it starts with a “U” and is followed by eight digits. For example: U12345678. If you don’t know your USF ID#, you can login to OASIS with your SSN and your USF ID# can be found on most pages of OASIS.
