Once you submit a question through Ask USF (by choosing the "Send an E-Mail To Us" tab), it will be routed to your financial aid advisor. You may also search our database of frequently asked questions from this link.

Visit our front counter in the Financial Aid Lobby with quick questions about your financial aid.  You may also request to see a walk-in advisor. Walk-in advisors are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited to fifteen minutes in length.

Call the Admissions & Financial Aid Call Center on the Tampa Campus at 813-974-4700 with questions about your financial aid. 

Telephone appointments are available upon request for students unable to visit during regular business hours.

If call center staff are unable to help you, your call will be forwarded to a Financial Aid Telephone Advisor.
