Your e-mail address is essential for the financial aid process at USF.
If you do not currently have an e-mail address, once you have applied to USF, you need to go to Academic Computing's website to activate and use your free USF assigned e-mail account. If you need help activating your account, call Help Services at 813-974-1222.
Make sure that your e-mail address filters allow you to receive e-mail from financialaid@admin.usf.edu and anything from @360rd.com.
Once you’ve applied for admission to USF, you will have access to our Online Access Student Information System (OASIS). As soon as possible, check to be sure an accurate e-mail address is entered for you.
Check OASIS frequently for additional requirements that could delay your aid.
It's to your benefit to regularly (at least weekly at the beginning of each term) check your status and your awards in OASIS. Your awards may be revised if we receive updated information that requires it.
Monthly - Throughout the year.
Weekly - The week prior to each term through the second week of classes
