Team Development Initiatives: Talent Management will work with team and departmental leaders to design a comprehensive team development strategy that includes the following phases:

  • Phase I: Needs assessment and analysis through surveys and/or interviews

  • Phase II: Program proposal and design.

  • Phase III: Program delivery - will typically include one or more of the following:

    Off-site team meetings/retreats

    Individual and team work style assessment

    Team action planning to increase effectiveness

    Customized classroom training activities

  • Phase IV: Program evaluation and follow-up.
