Organization Development & Training (ODT) is now HR/Talent Management (HRTM). 

The new name more fully represents the role we play as part of the Human Resources Division and the services we provide to the USF community. And it reflects how the organization views the people, the talent we have to accomplish the mission of the University. Our success comes down to people and what they know how to do.  Talent Management provides the systems and tools to develop the right people for the right positions to achieve mission success.

Services:

• Computer & Business Systems Training: End-user training for computer and business systems at USF.

• On-Boarding: Training & orientation activities for those new to USF or their current job role.

• Professional Development: Professional knowledge and skills training.

• Team Development: Facilitated initiatives to enhance team and departmental effectiveness.

• Organization Development: Departmental planning and change management consulting.

• Training Support: Registration, documentation and tracking of training activities.
