Team Development Initiatives: HR Organizational Development will work with team and departmental leaders to design a comprehensive team development strategy that includes the following phases:
Phase I: Needs assessment and analysis through surveys and/or interviews
Phase II: Program proposal and design.
Phase III: Program delivery - will typically include one or more of the following:
Off-site team meetings/retreats
Individual and team work style assessment
Team action planning to increase effectiveness
