STUDENT EMPLOYEES

All on-campus student jobs are organized into three categories based on funding. All program types offer jobs with equally engaging opportunities and similar pay ranges. Please click the titles for further information.

Jobs funded by financial aid:

Federal Work Study (FWS) – these jobs are only available to students with current FWS awards during the fall and spring terms.

Summer Student Employment (SSE) – these jobs are only available to students who receive an eligibility email directly from University Scholarships and Financial Aid Services.

Jobs funded by USF departments:

Temporary Student Employment (TSE) – these jobs are open to all enrolled students who are eligible to work in the United States.

Graduate Student Employment (GSE) – these jobs are open to all enrolled graduate students who are eligible to work in the United States. These are hourly positions that do not necessarily provide tuition waivers.

Jobs funded by affiliated on-campus employers:

Non-USF Employment (Non-USF) – these jobs are on-campus student employment positions with non-USF agencies that are located on the physical grounds of the USF campus. Examples include: USF Dining (Aramark), USF Bookstore (Barnes & Noble), Telefund (RuffaloCody), etc.
