Non-Reappointment of Administration Employees
Administration employment is at will, and, as such, an Administration employee may be given a notice of non-reappointment to his/her position. Notice of non-reappointment does not constitute a dismissal for cause or a disciplinary action. Employee Relations should be consulted in making a decision to non-reappoint. If there are performance or behavioral issues that warrant another course of action, refer to the Performance Management Process or contact HR for additional information.
