Intended Audience: Any USF employee required to use GEMS to perform departmental HR functions
Program Overview: NOTE: This online training is a pre-requisite for GEMS classroom training. This course covers:
- Overview of GEMS
- User Roles and Requesting Access
- Navigation in GEMS
- Using Job Data
This online training takes about 45 minutes to complete. To successfully complete this training, you must take the GEMS Basic Test available at the end of the course.
