Intended Audience: Any USF employee needing to use Excel 2007 as part of their job.

Program Overview: This workshop covers using Excel 2007 to manipulate and filter data extracted from GEMS queries. This workshop will give you tips on:

Finding and using functions in Excel 2007
Sorting and filtering the data in Excel
Using totals and subtotals

Pre-Requisite Activities: Before attending the class, please complete the online training course, Up to speed with Excel 2007, before coming to class. Once you complete this online course, please take the Excel pre-test.

Already Know Excel?  If you feel you’re already proficient in Excel 2007, you may opt to skip the online class and simply take the test
