From The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. This program builds on the team effectiveness model introduced in Building & Developing Teams. Participants will identify the skills needed to understand when a team dysfunctions and how to redirect team members to achieve more effective outcomes.
Objectives:
- Describe the stages of team learning and development
- Identify dysfunctional team behaviors
- Identify and apply tools to improve team results

Identify and apply skills to improve results
Pre-Requisite Activities: Complete a Team Effectiveness worksheet.
This program is most effective following a comprehension of the ideas and principles presented in Building and Developing Teams.
