Program Overview: This interactive, online training has two modules:
- EMail 101 covers etiquette and style. Misunderstandings are common with e-mail, where nonverbal cues about the sender's intended meaning are absent. In this online workshop, participants can learn strategies for enhancing clarity and minimizing misunderstandings.
- EMail How To covers techniques for getting the most of your email by walking you through steps such as how to: create an email signature, use USF Public Folders, or set an "out of office" response.
