Getting started with tutoring is easy. Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions by students when accessing our
services. As learning experts we are here to assist you in
achieving academic success, so be sure to stop by and visit us while in
the Tampa Library Learning Commons.
- Tutoring is free for all USF students with a valid USF ID.
- Tutors are undergraduate and graduate level students with high GPA's in their respective courses.
- Walk-ins are welcome, however students are encouraged to schedule appointments.
- Your first appointment must be set up in person at our scheduling desk in LIB 206.
- Depending on demand and availability some tutoring appointments are individual and others are in small groups.
- Tutoring sessions are one hour long and students are welcome to schedule up to two sessions per week. Additional help is available, depending on availability.
