1. Go to this URL and login to GEMS Self Service: https://eusf.admin.usf.edu
2. Select 'Personal Information'
3. Select 'Phone Numbers'
4. Add a Phone Number (if 'USF MoBull Messenger' is blank) or Update 'USF MoBull Messenger' number
5. Click the Save button
6. Click OK
